Spotlight on Bogoshorts festival With a goal to build and consolidate short film culture in Colombia, and help promote Colombian filmmakers, the Bogoshorts movement puts together local, national and international events throughout the year, ending each December with the biggest short film event, the Bogota Short Film Festival (Bogoshorts). This year the festival will be held from December 3 – 10 in Bogotá, Colombia. Last year we had over 40,000 attendees.

In this place, villagers have strange beliefs and celebrate the “Novenario” death ritual. This might be the beginning of a very long story, where spirits and humans meet each other to learn what is there to life after the end of war.
