Wendy Bernfeld (founder and MD of Rights Stuff, Amsterdam) is a passionate film buff specialized in content strategy, curation, acquisition, distribution, for and to traditional and digital media platforms, including Pay/TV, mobile and TVOD/ SVOD/AVOD/OTT and other hybrid variations. This includes ’Originals’ deals for digital-first (web, short and long format) and cross-platform content, as well as interactive and VR/XR production and distribution.
Originally from Montreal, then in Europe since ’91, Wendy has over 25 years’ experience in film/Pay TV/VOD/OTT channel start-up and program buying, beginning originally as an entertainment lawyer and then crossing over to the business side in various international pay TV networks. Prior to founding Rights Stuff in ’99, she was CEO Canal+ International Acquisitions (multi-territory, multi-platform buying, new channel start-ups for Filmnet/Nethold/Canal+,), specialized in MPAA studio ‘output’ deals and international ‘indies’. Earlier roles included M.D. Alliance-Atlantis (international distribution/ coproduction) and SVP The Movie Network (Canada). She has a Juris Doctor Law Degree (L.L.B.)/J.D.) from Queens University, after a year of
B.A./M.B.A. courses at McGill and University of Toronto. She practised law with Blake Cassels and Silversteins in Toronto after being one of 10 appointees as Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Scilla Andreen

Scilla Andreen is an award-winning Producer, Director, Emmy nominated Costume Designer, Author, CEO & Co-Founder of IndieFlix Group Inc., a global, streaming and virtual community screening distribution service for schools and film festivals. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Good Morning America, Today and South China Morning Post. She’s executive produced and/or directed and distributed social impact films, Nevertheless, Screenagers, Angst, LIKE, The Upstanders, Empowerment Project and Finding Kind. Scilla is Included in Screen International’s, Multichannel Women to Watch, Variety’s Women’s Impact Report and PSBJ Woman of Influence. She is a popular speaker at Sundance, Cannes, CES, SXSW, BeBold and Women in Film. Scilla is also the Founder of IndieFlix Foundation. Scilla is on a mission to change the world with film.

Pierre Antoine

Pierre, CEO & co-founder of Kinow, is pursuing a double degree in engineering and sales specializing in marketing of innovation. He worked for several years as a B2B consultant in Europe. He then moved to Canada to work as a business developer.
Pierre meet Philippe Sang in 2011, and, in view of the growth of the OTT video market, discuss the possibility of creating a complete solution for any video catalog holder wishing to broadcast its content online.
After several years of R&D, they decide to create Kinow in 2015, a cloud solution to deploy live & on-demand streaming services.
After 5 years, Kinow as deployed over 300 video platforms for festivals, media and broadcasters.

Ronny Theeuwes

Ronny Theeuwes is programme manager and programmer for Talks & Masterclasses, year-round events and VOD platform IFFR Unleashed at International Film Festival Rotterdam. In the past he worked for other film festivals in the Netherlands, like Cinekid and Nederlands Film Festival. Now at his 10th year at IFFR, currently working on the 50th edition of IFFR, which takes place January 2021.
